🔹 Blue Tier – Activated Partner
You've taken off. You’ve shown that you can drive enrollments or revenue and are beginning to unlock value for your HR community. This is the benchmark level of success in our program.
What it means:
- You’re delivering consistent early results
- You gain access to exclusive weekly resources and your first free memberships
- Your members start experiencing the tangible benefits of this partnership

🔸 Gold Tier – Established Partner

🔧 5. How the System Works
The AIHR Partner Tier System is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to navigate — giving every partner a clear path to progress and unlock more value over time.
Your tier is based on your new business impact, either through revenue or enrollments, and is reviewed regularly to ensure you’re rewarded as your success grows. Here's how the system functions behind the scenes:
🔄 Review Cycles
We assess partner performance and adjust tiers twice a year to recognize growth:
- Promotions: Occur twice annually, on January 1st and July 1st
Demotions: Only happen once per year, on January 1st
This schedule gives you two chances each year to move up, while providing stability if your results fluctuate mid-year.
⏳ Duration of Benefits
- Once promoted, your tier level and benefits are guaranteed for 12 months
If you're promoted in July, your benefits extend through the next full calendar year — giving you 18 months to make the most of your new tier
This ensures you have enough time to leverage your rewards, plan strategically, and show continued impact.
💰 Revenue Calculation
Only new business revenue counts toward your tier qualification:
- Includes both B2B and B2C new sales
Renewals and upsells do not count toward your tier
This helps ensure tier progression reflects your current momentum and the new value you're creating through the partnership.
💸 Revenue Share Boost
When you reach higher tiers, you also unlock an increase in your revenue share:
- Gold Tier: +5% on top of your existing share
Platinum Tier: +10% on top of your existing share
Revenue share boosts are applied after the promotion date, unless a special exception is approved.

🔄 Tier Movement & Eligibility
1. When are promotions and demotions evaluated?
Promotions happen twice a year: on January 1st and July 1st. Demotions, if needed, are only applied once annually, on January 1st.
2. How long do I keep my tier and benefits?
Once promoted, your tier status and benefits are guaranteed for at least 12 months. If you’re promoted mid-year (in July), you retain them for 18 months.
3. Can I be demoted mid-year?
No. Demotions only occur during the annual review in January. You'll be notified in advance and supported throughout the transition.
4. Do I need to apply to move up a tier?
No. Tier evaluations are done automatically during the review periods.
5. Will I be notified if I’m close to a promotion?
Yes! Your Partner Manager will keep you updated and help you maximize opportunities to qualify.
6. What if I’m new to the program?
Welcome! All new partners start at the Registered level and can progress quickly to Blue with early traction.
💰 Revenue & Qualification
7. What qualifies me for a new tier?
You need to meet either the Revenue Threshold or the Enrollment Equivalent within the review period. This ensures equitable access to benefits across all markets.
8. What kind of revenue is counted?
Only new business revenue — from B2B or B2C sales — is considered. Renewals, upsells, and internal licenses are excluded.
9. How is revenue tracked?
Your revenue and enrollments are automatically tracked via your Partner Dashboard. If you spot discrepancies, contact your Partner Manager.
10. Can I get a breakdown of my performance?
Absolutely. You can request a detailed performance report or access it directly through the dashboard.
11. What if I close a big deal just before the review date?
Perfect — that revenue will count toward the upcoming review cycle.
12. How is the enrollment equivalent counted for Team Licenses?
The enrollment equivalent is based on the number of learners enrolling. For a Team License, this counts towards the number of users purchased under the license. For example, a Team License purchase of 10 users counts as 10 enrollments. Team Licenses can significantly boost your tiering progression.

14. Can I gift memberships or licenses to my team?
Yes. Both HR Essential Memberships and Full Access Licenses can be used internally or gifted to your broader HR network.
15. How do I schedule a custom webinar?
Your Partner Manager will guide you through content planning, SME alignment, and co-hosting logistics.
16. Are custom webinars certified for CPDs?
It's possible and has been done before. Our team will work with you to meet CPD requirements where possible.
17. How do I access the weekly AIHR resources?
Once you're at Blue Tier or higher, you’ll receive a weekly content via your AIHR account. that you can share with your HR community.

Yes! Gold and Platinum partners receive scheduled visibility in our newsletter and LinkedIn spotlight (400,000+ followers).
19. Are there networking opportunities with other partners?

20. Will I receive campaign calendars in advance?
Yes. We share a quarterly marketing calendar with upcoming promotional opportunities and launches.
21. What kind of reporting or analytics will I receive?
