The Partner Dashboard is a tool designed to empower you to stay informed and make data-driven decisions to optimize our partnership's performance. You can now effortlessly keep tabs on all marketing progress by utilizing your personalized partner dashboard. You can explore a live example here or peruse the screenshots below.

Page 1: Page Visits

This dedicated page is meticulously crafted to provide comprehensive monitoring of page visits on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Key metrics include:

  • Total Users: An overview of the total number of individuals who have visited the partner page, representing the overall engagement with your HR audience.
  • New Users: Specifically highlights the number of first-time visitors, helping you gauge the extent of fresh interest in the partnership.
  • Coupon Downloads: Keep tabs on the total number of visitors who have taken action by downloading the discount coupon, signifying their active engagement with the partnership. Coupons are downloaded in 2 ways on your partner page 1). Via the main claim discount CTA, and 2). By downloading a course syllabus.

This insightful page empowers you with real-time data to gauge the performance and resonance of the partnership with your HR audience, facilitating informed decision-making for optimizing engagement strategies.

Note: As of October 2023, the transition from Google Analytics Universal to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) means that all dashboards created before October 2023 no longer display any reporting. New partner dashboards have been distributed. If you have not received an updated partner dashboard, please contact your partner manager.

Page 2: Revenue Generation

This specialized page serves as your command center for tracking two critical forms of revenue generation within the partnership:

  • New Deal Revenue: This segment diligently records revenue generated from new customers who have successfully enrolled in our Academy. It reflects the initial commitment and engagement of fresh learners.
  • Recurring Deal Revenue: This section provides insights into revenue generated from various sources, including existing learners on payment plans, those who opt to upgrade their subscriptions, and individuals renewing their licenses after one year. It encapsulates the ongoing commitment and growth within the partnership.
