[Guide] How to make a campaign from scratch?

AIHR provides several resources you can use to create your own campaigns and continuously deliver value to your HR audience. The two most common pools of resources for this are:

1. HR Blog and Resource Library, which can be found here.

  • This resource library gives you access to an inexhaustible collection of HR-specific articles, blogs, podcasts, webinars, guides and learning bites.

  • This toolkit gives you access to everything you need to create your own marketing campaigns. This includes AIHR logos, company descriptions, course syllabi, AIHR resources library and more.

How to create an email campaign in 4 easy steps

  • First, decide the topic or theme you would like to base the campaign on. For this example, we will use Digital HR as a topic and use the HR Blog and Resource Library.
  • Once you've decided on the topic/theme, use the search tool or filter on the AIHR Resource Library to find resources within that topic/theme.

  • Next, select your resource of choice. For this example, we will use the article "HR’s Guide to Digital Change Management."
  • For this example, we will use the article "HR’s Guide to Digital Change Management"

Open the article and use these 4 easy steps below.

1. Use the Article Heading as the email's subject line

2. Use the first paragraph as the salutations/introductory section of the email

3. Use the table of contents as a teaser to the reader.

4. End the email with this Call to Action. Copy-paste this: "Friendly reminder:  As a member of [PARTNER NAME], you are entitled to a special xx% discount [CHANGE PARTNER DISCOUNT %] with AIHR for all their courses. CLICK HERE [INSERT PARTNER PAGE LINK] to claim your special discount coupon."

Once complete the final product should look something like this with some minor editing to ensure the messaging resonates with your HR audience.

Continuously follow this procedure with additional articles, guides, podcasts, learning snippets, and similar resources. Ensure that the overarching theme remains uniform throughout. Employ tools such as ChatGPT to aid in enhancing the verbiage and injecting more creativity into the content creation, if required. Here are 2 free email templates that are ready to be used.


How to do something similar for Social media campaigns?

  • This process is much easier and can be replicated in one of two ways:

    1. Reshare the daily content AIHR posts on their main social media channels

    2. Copy the content AIHR posts on their main social media channels and paste it on your own social media channels as a re-post.
