Reason
Prior to the launch of the Partner Knowledge Base, partners often struggled to find the resources they needed to effectively promote AIHR to their HR audiences. Resources were scattered across multiple platforms or lost in long email threads, and this lead to a lot of frustration and confusion. Partners often had to over-rely on the partner manager to answer their questions or re-send lost/misplaced resources, leading to bottlenecks and delays with marketing campaigns.
What is the benefit?
The Partner Knowledge Base provides partners with a centralized location to access all the resources they need. This includes information on the most up-to-date campaigns, marketing resources, best practices for scaling the partnership, troubleshooting, information for their clients and updates on AIHR's latest tools and resources.
